Azadea 014 brings together Azadea Group and Virgin Megastore’s Dubai offices on a single, irregularly shaped floor of 014 Tower, thoughtfully reimagining how 250 team members collaborate, connect, and thrive. Building on the signature palette, materials, and lighting strategy of our previous Azadea projects, we carved out flexible work neighborhoods, open benching, touchdown hubs, and private phone booths, that naturally fit the floor’s unconventional geometry. Curved partitions and built-in millwork guide circulation around structural constraints, while integrated branding moments and curated breakout lounges ensure a cohesive identity throughout. The result is a dynamic, high-density workplace that feels both distinctly Azadea and purpose-built for Virgin Megastore’s spirited culture.
