Las Salinas, presented us with a dated beach chalet boasting breathtaking open views yet limited space. Our challenge was to reimagine this confined space, transforming it into a functional haven. By reconfiguring the layout, we introduced a full-fledged kitchen and strategically manipulated wall depths to amplify the perceived size of the area. The chalet's unique oblique walls posed an opportunity; employing gypsum walls, we skillfully redefined the space, carving out niches that not only optimized the layout but also encapsulated the desired beach vibe envisioned by our client.
